Lex media has announced to hold miss Ga auditions in Greater Accra Region on December 2020.
During the event 16 best contestants shall be selected and duration of the pageant show is scheduled to take place within 11 weeks.
Speaking in an interview with Daily Analyst yesterday ahead of the launch, Director of LEX Media, Miss Cynthia Akanpirigi is aimed at carving the impressive niche as this pageant is going to generate awareness to various socio-economic problems, collaborate with government institutions and corporate firms in sending relief to several deserving communities in the Greater Accra Region.
In line with these objectives, the Director of Lex Media, Miss Cynthia Akanpirigi and organizers are hoping to select personalities who best fit their agenda.
She added motive behind Miss Ga pageant show is to portray the rich culture and traditions of the Ga land.
According to her, the pageant show will be done in the Ga language and so therefore it’s purposely meant for Ga ladies.
“In order to win the bragging rights of being called Miss Ga, one must have leadership and strategic skills, possess the passion to help others and must be ready at all times to confidently represent the region and nation with pride,” she said.
She indicated that “Miss Ga Pageant is not all about glitz, glamour and the privileges that comes with the crown. It comes with a duty that involves lots of work to bring change to the Greater Accra region and the nation at large.”
She said Lex media has decided to embark on this journey, not only to display the culture of the people in the Greater Accra Region but also raise potential women leaders who would bring change to the Greater Accra Region, Ghana and the World at large.
She noted that this is not mainly a competition but also an effort to bring the beautiful ladies of the Greater Accra Region to fore and present their talents to Ghana.
