Some angry herbal practitioners are also claiming that, the government has connived with the Food and Drugs Authorities (FDA) to play games over the COVID-19 effection.
“We want to state that ever since we sent our traditional herbal medicines to goverement to test, the government delayed the process and also gives them a difficult requirement, that will discourage people from sending thier medicines for test to fight the COVID 19 disease,” Alhaji Musah on behalf of traditional herbal remedies practitioners stated.
“We are throwing challenge to the government that if it indeed it is very serious to fight this disease why is it not considering the medicines of the various traditional herbal practitioners in Ghana or even consider the Madagascar method to cure disease rather waiting for vaccine from the Whites,” they queried.
Alhaji Musa claimed that he together with his colleagues practitioners have medicinesfor the disease but the authorities are playing games.
