The president of the Republic of Ghana Nana Addo Dankwah Akufo-Addo has extended Ghana’s border closure to two more weeks.

This was made known to the public by the information minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah via twitter.

Due to the likely importation of the deadly Coronavirus,president Nana Addo closed our borders some few weeks ago to curb the influx of Covid-19.

Hi Folks, President @NAkufoAddo has by a new executive instrument, EI 66, extended the closure of Ghana’s borders by another two weeks effective midnight tomorrow April 5.
